Bethel Agyeman Donkor

Bethel is a Legal Practitioner and a director for PLUTUS Investment with over 44 years post qualification experience specializing in Aviation Law. He is currently a Solicitor with Kairos Legal, an aviation legal practice which he founded in 2017, the Managing Consultant of Corvus Aero Consult Limited, an aviation consultancy which he co-founded in 2017, and the CEO of Octagon Resources Limited, which he recently set up. Prior to joining PLUTUS and co-founding his practice, he had worked with Ghana Airways since 1988, where he headed its Legal Department. He was also the Company Secretary of the organization from 1995 to 2000, until its liquidation sometime in 2004.

He is also an Elder and the head of the legal advisory team at Harvest Chapel International where he worships.

Tutu Kwachie – Advisory Board

Tutu Kwachie is a seasoned expert in investment advisory and sustainable finance, with specialized knowledge in green and transition taxonomies, REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation), carbon taxation, and voluntary carbon markets (VCM). His work focuses on unlocking investments in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs), promoting debt sustainability, and driving sustainable development.

With a strong background in investment and transaction advisory, business valuation and restructuring, capital raise, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and climate risk, Tutu is a Certified Risk Manager, Sustainability and Climate Risk Expert, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Tutu champions stewardship and financial inclusivity, contributing to economic resilience and sustainability in various development projects. He holds an MBA in finance and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with Statistics, further enhancing his multidisciplinary approach to development. His extensive expertise helps organizations navigate complex financial landscapes while advancing sustainability goals.

As the Industry Building and Enabling Environment Lead for the FIRST+II Program, a $43M project funded by the Mastercard Foundation, he spearheads efforts to enhance institutional capacities, improve regulatory frameworks, and expand financial inclusion for NBFIs focusing on agriculture, ag-adjacent businesses, and MSMEs.

Rosemond Korkor Oracca-Tetteh – Chief Executive Officer

Korkor is the chief executive officer of PLUTUS Investment Ltd. She has over two decades of banking industry experience which cuts across diverse departments – from retail banking, corporate banking, pension funds, wealth management and banking operations. Prior to joining PLUTUS, she was at First Atlantic Bank, heading the Private Banking and Wealth Management arm, before she began her banking career as Profit Center Manager at United Bank for Africa, Ghana.

Korkor holds a BSc (Honours) in Business Administration and MBA in Finance together with a training course program from London School of Private Banking.

Rita Offeibea Ackom – Executive Director

Rita is the head for corporate finance and an executive director at PLUTUS overseeing all advisory services and capital raising transactions for all sectors. With over 16 years of commercial banking experience, prior to joining PLUTUS, Rita was the Branch Head and later the of the Private Banking unit of First Atlantic Bank, Ghana. Before then she had led key transactions of corporate portfolios like GNPC, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger as Head of Upstream Unit, Guaranty Trust Bank, Ghana.

She holds a BSc in economics and law from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Post Grad in International Finance, Westminster Business School – University of Westminster.

Rhodaline Quaye Dzade – Company Secretary

Rhoda is a Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional with over 18 years of experience in Board Operations, Sustainability, and Programme Management. She has worked with global brands and NGOs in Ghana and the UK to deliver transformative community initiatives.

Before her current role, she managed Vodafone Ghana Foundation’s CSR efforts from 2014, successfully handling a substantial budget and establishing partnerships that enhanced social impact. She led the creation and delivery of numerous impactful CSR initiatives.

With expertise in Corporate Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Management She also worked with Vodafone Ghana as a Company Secretarial Professional from 2010. She was responsible for implementing governance policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and best corporate governance practices and codes.

In 2008 She was appointed Board Secretary for the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation where she was responsible for the Corporation’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. She was the lead on Data Protection, Environmental Information Regulation and Freedom of Information Act compliance.

Rhoda holds a Diploma in Law from the University of London. She is a chartered member of ICSA, now the Governance Institute, UK. She holds a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University. She is also a PRINCE2® and MSP® Practitioner.
