Department: Corporate Banking Department
Reports Directly to Head Corporate Banking
- Develop financial analysis models to evaluate potential investments.
- Preparing presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue
- Conduct industry and product research
- Coordinate with clients for financial data and analysis
- Travel for client meetings and industry research
- Preparing of investment memorandum and pitch deck to make AgriFin client’s investor ready.
- Analyzing investor proposals and providing guidance to clients on structure
- Keep abreast of major developments in the capital market.
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cashflow trading comparable, transaction comparable and leverage buyout analysis.
- Prepare Investor statement for funds under management to individual and institutional investors.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualification
- First Degree and professional qualification in accounting background
- GISI Certificate
