Reports Directly to CEO
- Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Record Financial Transactions
- Reconcile and update general ledger entries.
- Filling of PAYE on the 15 of every month
- Filling of SSNIT Returns
- Tier 2 contributions NBC
- Preparation of Income and Cashflow statements monthly as per regulatory
requirements. - Support external audits by providing proper documentation and assistance as needed.
- Reconcile balance sheet every month.
- Prepare Investor statement for funds under management to individual and institutional
investors. - Prepare and submit invoices to clients.
- Prepare receipts to customers.
Other Duties
Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Maintains contact and good relations with all departments.
External relations
Maintains Contact and excellent relations with all clients.
Responsibility for assets
Responsible for the efficient utilization of computer and other resources assigned.

- First Degree and professional qualification in accounting background
